Reference: Instruction No. ធ14.024.002 ស.ក.ណ.ន dated March 19, 2024 and Additional Instruction No. ធ14.024.003 ស.ក.ណ.ន dated September 17, 2024, on promoting the use of riel for payment services in Cambodia of the National Bank of Cambodia.

In order to contribute to the sustainable promotion of using the Khmer Riel for payment services in Cambodia, CCU Commercial Bank Plc. would like to inform all customers of the upcoming changes aimed at making the processing of Riel more efficient in Cambodia. Our Bank will:

– Automatically open the Khmer Riel accounts for new customers with only US Dollars accounts.

– Automatically open the Khmer Riel accounts for existing customers with only US Dollars accounts.

– For this account opening, our customers will not be required to pay any fees for account opening, account closing, or the annual fee.

All our valued customers can open a Khmer Riel account at any time (during the Bank’s operating hours) at any of our branches or contact us for more information at 023 900 777.
